How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my postage?
  Postage is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered postal method choices and their prices.

We have three tiers or postage.
1. Free - UK and Ireland
1. Regular -  within Europe - 4.99
2. International - rest of the world, outside of Europe - 9.99
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number.
What is your return policy?
  Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our returns policy. When you receive your order or receive a Star Stories product as a gift, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with the personalisation of your product. When you receive the completed order or gift, please read the books, listen to the CDs and review the rest of your items to ensure that the products are indeed personalised according to your choices. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the receipt of the purchase. An item that was received damaged may also be returned within 30 days. How to Return Items To return merchandise, indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip that came with your order. Include the packing slip with the merchandise, and wrap everything securely. Post the item to our address. Please include your order number (your order number was included in the order confirmation e-mail message we sent you) on a separate piece of paper and ship the item to us at the same address: Refund Information All refunds will be issued within 10 days of the return receipt. When will my order be posted?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
Most orders are posted within 4-5 days of the order being placed. Most orders should arrive with you within 7-14 days. Postal times may vary.

If your order has not yet arrived, please check your account and track the status of your order. Some orders do not fit through letterboxes and may be waiting for you to collect them from your local post office.
