|Do you post to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your postal address details including country. If your country is oustide of Europe we can ship to your country for €9.99 per order. If you do not have a postcode please enter the digits "000" into the postcode box. We know that some countries do not have postcodes, but our shopping cart software requires this box to be completed before the order can be processed.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not post your order until we receive payment from you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
You may also pay by cheque or internet banking. If you pay by cheque we will not post your order until we receive your cheque.
|When will my order be posted and what are how much does postage cost?|
|Postage is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered postal method choices and their prices. We will post your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
UK and Ireland delivery is free of charge.
Europe Delivery costs €4.99 per order and takes 7-14 days for most items.
International Delivery costs €9.99 and covers any country in the world outside of Europe.
International Delivery takes up to 4 weeks. Please check individual product codes for exact delivery times.

When you receive your order or receive a Star Stories product as a gift, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with the personalisation of your product. When you receive the completed order or gift, please read the books, listen to the CDs and review the rest of your items to ensure that the products are indeed personalised according to your choices.
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the receipt of the purchase. An item that was received damaged may also be returned within 30 days.
How to Return Items
To return merchandise, indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip that came with your order. Include the packing slip with the merchandise, and wrap everything securely. Post the item to our address.

If you have lost your packing slip, please record your order number (your order number was included in the order confirmation e-mail message we sent you) on a separate piece of paper and ship the item to us at the same address:
