Order Status
Has my order been posted yet?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Alternatively, check each product code for exact postal times. Most regular, licenced and large personalised books will be delivered within 7-14 days. Photo books and Puzzles can take up to 28 days to arrive. Most items will arrive within 14 days. If you are worried about the status of your order please contact us quoting your order number.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been posted already. If you chose to pay by cheque, have you sent the cheque to us? Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Most regular, licenced and large personalised books will be delivered within 7-14 days. Photo books and Puzzles can take up to 28 days to arrive. Most items will arrive within 14 days. If you order has not yet arrived, please check if it has been left at your local post office for you to collect. Sometimes packages do not fit through letterboxes and items are left at the post office. If you are worried about the status of your order please contact us quoting your order number.
An item is missing from my delivery.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been posted already. If an item is missing from your delivery, please check the packing slip - there should be an estimated arrival date for the missing items. Alternatively, contact us quoting your order number.
